Privacy Policy

FullView Library is a long-form video website. This policy explains what information we collect, why we use it, and the choices available to you.

Information you provide

If you join our viewer list, we collect the name and email address you submit. We use this information to provide access updates and send new-release emails. Our email service provider, MailerLite, processes this information for us. You may unsubscribe using the link in any email.

YouTube and Google API data

The site owner may connect a YouTube account using Google OAuth. FullView requests only the read-only YouTube scope. This permits FullView to read playlist items and associated video metadata, including video IDs, titles, descriptions, and playlist information, so those videos can be displayed in the FullView Library.

FullView does not use this permission to upload, edit, or delete YouTube content. We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or share it with unrelated third parties. OAuth credentials and refresh tokens are stored in encrypted form and used only to maintain the requested playlist connection.

FullView Library’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Video playback, analytics, and advertising

Embedded YouTube players may receive technical information such as your IP address, device information, and playback activity under Google’s policies. If advertising or analytics services are enabled, those providers may use cookies or similar technologies to measure performance and show ads. Where required, we will request consent before using non-essential cookies.

How long we keep information

Subscriber information is kept until you unsubscribe or request deletion. Imported video metadata is kept while a video remains in the library. Encrypted Google authorization tokens are retained while the YouTube connection is active and may be deleted when access is revoked or when the connection is removed.

Your choices and deletion requests

You may revoke FullView Library’s Google access at any time from your Google Account’s third-party connections page. You may also request access, correction, or deletion of personal information by emailing fullv4658@gmail.com.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect stored information. No online system can guarantee absolute security.

Changes

We may update this policy as the service changes. The effective date above will be revised when material changes are made.
